Maximum depth of 5m.
This travelift dock is intended for yachts up to 620 tonnes and also for rigging work on large sailboats.
150T TRAVELIFT DOCK
This travelift dock is intended for small yachts and boats.
HELICOPTER LANDING AREA
Available for emergency or helicopter travel.
150T TRAVELIFT DOCK
This travelift dock is intended for yachts and boats up to 150 tonnes and 35 meters LOA. Used for hauling out boats to the dry dock area.
DRY DOCKING & WORKING AREA
20 dry docks for yachts up to 150 tonnes or 9 dry docks for yachts up to 65 metres LOA. Here, we carry out a wide variety of work, including rigging, open-air painting, painting inside the spray booths, repairs, and more
ASCOM BHT 620 TRAVELIFT
Travelift with a lifting capacity of up to 620 tonnes and approximately 55 meters LOA. Used for hauling out yachts to the dry dock area.
MAIN ENTRANCE
Entrance to the shipyard, controlled and monitored 24/7.
TECHNICAL OFFICES
Over 300 m2 of offices for project development.
PARTS STORE
Chandlery and general parts store, open to serve clients and partners. Custom orders available.
SLIPWAYS
Two 80-metre slipways, capable of hauling out yachts up to 1200 tonnes and with a beam of up to 14 metres.
SLIPWAY GANTRY CRANE
Crane with a SWL of 4 to 14 tonnes.
WORKSHOPS
2,000 m² of workshops equipped to perform a wide variety of tasks.

Since 2009, the year we consolidated the new dry dock, we have carried out more than 200 refit projects for yachts and superyachts.
With our unique management system, we systematically plan each phase and the required time. The project manager coordinates the various tasks to ensure that the project’s requirements are met and to comply with what has been established.
We have more than 50 employees with extensive training in the sector. Additionally, we promote internal advancement, exploring the capabilities of each worker so that they can develop their skills.
